how to install joomla

I'm new to joomla, I do not know how to install it, I have downloaded this file mobile-joomla.1.0-rc5.tar.gz (1,892 KB) (www.4shared.com/get/TvqA_yy_/mobile-joomla10-rc5tar.html) uploaded on host but do not know how to install.
