Blank page

My mobile site shows a blank page 
If I asign  standar menu from main menu to mobile template, mobile site works, but on web site I got error "incorrect usage of Mobile Joomla"

I use latest version of mobile_elegance, Joomla and Mobile Joomla

Mobile templates shouldn't be assigned to menu items (there should be related warning message in MJ's backend page). As to blank page, check error_log file for warning/error messages.

Exactly where do I find this error_log file?
I deassigned all menu items for mobile_elegance template, but still blank.

It depends on server's configuration. Usually, PHP's error_log is stored in either website's root, or parent directory of website's root. And its name may be arbitrary, common ones are error_log, error.log, or php_error_log.

I found php_errorlog in root but no new items since sept. 2014
my site worked perfectly until i updated to latest version of mobile_elegance yesterday

No i´ve messed around with the settings and maybe something is set wrong.

"Your location (NL) has been blacklisted."

What countries are whitelisted?

Sorry, firewall are open now for Netherland ip address

Could you send me (denis​@​mobilejoomla.com) backup file of your MJ settings? And are there warning messages in the right column of MJ settings page?

Had to disable Mobile Joomla component due to that nothing happens here. Are there any progress
