mobilejoomla in conjunction with the built in mobile in gantry

Hi,
Simple question, Will mobilejoomla work in conjunction with the built in mobile of RT Gantry? should only one be used or both and if both what is the best setup?

Mobile Joomla can be used with any mobile/responsive template (just set that template in tabs of MJ settings page). The only possible issue is a conflict with device detecting (e.g. MJ detects device as mobile one, but template detects it as desktop and doesn't include specific optimization).
