Theme Roller Upload issue

Although I can see the "Generate" link (that takes me to jQuery Mobile to create the theme, when I click "Browse" to try to upload the theme, I select the Zip file, but do not see any option to "upload" and nothing happens in the system. HEre is what my Console says:

Why templates/mobile_elegance/fields/ajaxfileupload.js is not found? It should be installed with Elegance template. Do you use latest Elegance version?
