Mobile Joomla! 1.0 RC5 is ready!

Improvements & highlights

  • WURFL database update - v2.3 (17.11.2011)
  • Possibility to disable wrap text around wide images (more than 50% to 100% of screen width)
  • Device-specific meta-tags to improve presentation of mobile_pda and mobile_iphone templates
  • mobile_iphone template fixes for iOS5 browser
  • Component size optimizations
  • Subdomain redirection issue fix
  • Undefined params object issue fix
  • Incorrect image rescaling fix
  • New "Option" button to change ACL (Joomla!1.6+)
  • Incorrect images in menu module fix (Joomla!1.5)
  • "menuitem" type issue fix (Joomla!1.5)
  • "rel=canonical" tag for SEO improvement

As always, you can update to the new version from your administrative panel via Mobile Joomla! Remote Update feature, or by downloading Mobile Joomla! 1.0 RC5 package and installing it from the back-end. Do not forget to backup your website before the upgrade!

why when i click download button always reload to logout page?

I've been looking for a component or plugin that help me to show my joomla webpages on smartphones. This is one of the best I have found. I just wanted to say a big Thank You. =)

The easiest way to see how your site looks with different browsers is to use parameters like http:///?device=xhtml

is there any way to see how my site would look on other devices. All i have is apple, but i would like to see how users on android are seeing my mobile site.
