I cannot get my online booking site (Jomres) to work in mobile joomla. Some crucial javascript functions do not work - although some others do.

The booking engine which works fine under the standard template does not with the iphone & smartphone templates. I have tested this on the iphone 4s and Samsung.

Any ideas on the configuration which might solve this? How should I set the DOCTYPE header? The caching options?

Should add that the mobile template when viewed on a Mac or PC work fine.
