how to restyle HTML Control for dynamically generated form HTML.

Ex. I have created Select Dropdown via Javascript after content is rendered with moblie joomla theme.
Newly generated Dropdown looks like simple, instead of mobile joomla theme style.

Ex. www.steelmarketupdate.com/estimator?device=iphone
Change Product Drop box and you will see new drop box.

What should be called to restyle new elements ?
I need same for input elements.
