We are developing a site for a client, have installed Mobile Joomla, and customized the template. It appeared fine using emulators and our own phones in the office.
We have connected to the site with two different iPhones with no problems. The client, however has not been able to connect and view the mobile template using an iPhone. It consistently delivers the web interface. Four people, from the client side, have attempted to connect to the site using an iPhone and each gets the desktop interface not the mobile.
Within the component, I have turned off Server and Device caching to verify these were not the problem.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
