When I use Internet Explorer it redirects to the PDA version of the site.. But others like chrome, firefox are working good..

What is UserAgent string of your IE (some IE addons may affect default string value)? You can check it on http://www.mobilejoomla.com/ua.php.

Cannot reproduce the issue. Do you use latest version of MJ? Do you have errors or warnings during installation? What is the order of plugins in "mobile" group, and which of them are published?

I am facing the same issue, with 2 sites but 2 others work.

One of the problem sites is richmondpaving.net/. The problem is not on all PCs viewing with IE, but on my main PC I see the PDA version.

Site is Joomla 1.523, with Mobile Joomla! and Mobile - TeraWURFL 0.9.12.

Of note, www.mobilejoomla.com also appears as PDA version in this browser.

It's issue of TeraWURFL database (Mobile-TeraWURFL plugin). Disable it until next MJ update will be released with updated wurfl data.
