Our website is having a problem with detection of mobile joomla...this is from our IT Dept...

"I have been working on the mobile site when I can but I haven't figured out its issue, no. It's really quite odd, Mobile Joomla wants a subdomain like m.poblib.org for the mobile site and I create it on the server but then Mobile Joomla refuses to recognize it. Mobile Joomla used to work fine for us but this new version seems to dislike something about either our server or how your domain is configured but I haven't figured out what yet. If you get a hold of Laura I'm sure she can figure it out but I'm hoping to work on it a bit more myself early tomorrow. Like I said, it hasn't been forgotten but I haven't yet wrapped my head around why it's unhappy. I'll hopefully have news soon."

Is there a way we could figure out if the server is not setup properly?
