I am receiving the following exceptions in my error_log on my server:

This is happening on a continuous basis to where I have to log in and delete the log file after 4 hours as it grows to over a meg in size in that time.

Try to reinstall MJ, may it will fix the issue.
Does the error arise just after MJ installation, or some time later (few hours/days/...)?
