You should put that like this way so it works right without errors in J! 2.5.x version(and it work also in J! 1.5.xx):
COM_MJ__PC_TEMPLATE_WIDTH_DESC="Desktop template width. Used with 'Fixed rescale ratio' image option."
I also found that for some reason a few language files not loading Extensions - Manage view and that why their tooltips are missing at least on my testsite... files where those two lines located are en-GB.plg_mobile_always.ini and en-GB.plg_mobile_terawurfl.ini
