Hi. I'm am a mobile app developer and I'm looking for a solution for a customer. They'd like a mobile app that lists things from their ecommerce website. With iPhone apps, iOS does not allow you to use their built-in purchasing for anything other than items related to the app (add'l features, upgrades, enhancements, etc). So the solution I'm looking at is directing the app to the site for the purchase. I'm looking for a good Joomla e-commerce extension that works well within a mobile browser. Do any of you recommend one in particular? I'd like to build out a demo before presenting it to the customer.

Also, I like using Rockettheme sites and wondered if anyone had experience using mobile joomla in conjunction with rockettheme and gantry.

Actually I don't know the best solution. There is mobile theme for VirtueMart at www.daycounts.com, but we are not affiliated with its author.

As to rockettheme/gantry, MobileJoomla can work with any template, in this case it just rescales large images and removes object/embed tags (e.g. embedded flash movies).
