Hello,
i have several question in mind for mobile joomla :
1. Can i still use my old template for desktop (i already use my own custom responsive template) ?
2. Does Mobilejoomla works with JqueryMobile , JQtouch, or Senchatouch ??
3. Can it 'looks' like native apps ?

1. Yes. Just set empty values for all "Template" fields in MJ settings page.
2. Yes, for example Elegance template is based on jQueryMobile.
3. Yes, if your template is AJAX-based.
