I Cannot find an option to purchase another licence for mobile joomla pro for different domain under my existing account. I  only see an option to download, but I just need to purchase an additional  licence to install it on another clients domain.

There are two ways:
1. Register additional account.
2. Use direct purchase link www.mobilejoomla.com/account.html?view=plan&task=subscribe&plan_id=2
