Hi there,

I have a website here www.ptsl.co.nz which scales down fine for mobile on andriod and iOS but not for symbian. 

Does this product allow for symbian,

I have attached what appears for a symbian mobile device.

Yes we support pretty much every mobile device out there, including Symbian devices.
You can install our free version and see if you get the outcome you are looking for.

Unfortunately we have a client using a Nokia nokia e63 and its not working for him at all.

inzid, first of all, could you visit mobilejoomla.com/uatest.php on your device and post here results of testing (User-Agent header and detected mode, most likely it should be wml or xhtml)?
