Is it possible to publish the MobileApp in googleplay and itunes once mobile app template is running ?

Hello,

You must have the right requirements for submitting the app to Google play or itunes. Please see this link for checklist example of Google play: developer.android.com/distribute/tools/launch-checklist.html
