How does one upload without excess to the admin panel? Is there an annual fee for hosting a website?

@felixheyl , do you mean you cannot see the admin panel in your Joomla site for you to install Mobile Joomla? If so, you need to contact the administrator of your Joomla site to upgrade your access.

Yes there are so many hosting provider that provide an annual free.
