I have purchased and downloaded Basic after trying out the Community Version. The Community version seems to work fine. When I try to install the Basic Version I get a blank screen and nothing updates. I'm using Joomla 3.8.11. I've tried all instruction from FAQ. It looks like I need some help with this.

I'm using PHP version 7.0.31 and MySQL version 5.5.

Problem solved by installing extracting files into Joomla temp directory and installing from that directory.
