This is a hack that I came up with for getting Mobile Joomal to work with SEF URLs
In Back-end do these steps:
Click Users-Access Levels, click tab Viewing Access Levels, and then click Special
Under 'User Groups Having Viewing Access', ensure only Administrator and Super Users are checked, then Save and Close
Under Extensions->Plug-in Manager open System-Debug. In 'Plug-in Manager: System-Debug' Details set Access as Special, Save and Close
Global Configuration->Site->Search Engine Friendly URLs -ON
Global Configuration->Site->Use URL rewriting -ON
Global Configuration->System->Debug System -YES, , then Save and Close
Clean cache
Ensure Mobile site is working with SEF URLs
As I stated above, this is a hack which to me should not be the way to get a component to operate with SEF URLs. From what I have gathered, only the Administrator, when logged in, will see the debug footer at the frontend of the site using this hack. Hopefully the developers of Mobile Joomla will fix its operation with SEF URLs so this hack is not necessary.

I've tried it and it doesn't work for me. I have Joomla 1.5.25, System SEF URLs. I enabled everything, I've cleaned the cache, I followed each step and nothing... still the same "component not found" error.
I guess it might be the Joomla version that makes the difference...
Thanx for your time!
