I just installed the plugin and see that it is enable, however when I view the site with my Android smartphone, there does not seem to be any change, it just displays the same site as on my desktop computer. I checked system requirements as well as verifying that the plugins are enabled.

Please advise.

The template is chosen correctly, but your homepage contains flash and elements with large fixed size, so it doesn't look well on phone (see attachments).

Yes, I saw those screenshots on my phone at first. I thought there might have been a problem with the plugin and uninstalled and re-installed. But now when I view on my phone, I still see desktop version of the website, despite the fact that I've requested my phone to refresh the site.

It's happened if you switches to desktop version by link at the bottom. Just clear browser's cookies to back to mobile mode (or check that an instance of "Select Markup" module is displayed on desktop version, and use link in it).

I'm still having difficulty viewing the moble site on both an Android 4. smartphone and iPhone. I wanted to see if the problem was site related, so I installed the plugin on another Joomla site I manage, www.silverlakeassociation.org and I still cannot see the mobile version. It looks like the desktop site. Please advise where I may look to configure properly as the documentation seems to be out of date.
