My site will be on production domain for a month, I read from a post that if I set the domain to my final domain, the test domain will show me errors on remote device detection. Which I cant handle with my client. Can I set development domain now, and then chance to destination domain when the site goes life?

No error will be displayed on test domain. The only difference is notification in backend ("Your license is expired") and you should use offline device database (preinstalled Mobile-AMDD plugin) instead of online remote device database.

And of course, you can send us email with ask to change domain.
