It's just your menu doesn't fit site width and the last item (mobil) is shown on next line.

Don't know. You should ask html/css-code to either make items compact or to make menu shown in two rows.
Also you can try to unpublish one of items or to rename few long titles.

Anyway, it's not MJ-related issue.
