I am brand now about this Mobile extension. I just finish the installation and would like to know how do I configure this things so that I can make my site mobile. Default configuration doesn't work at this time. I couldn't see my website at a iphone when I put iphone.mysite.com

You are brand new to lots of things. One being forums, this is the Bug reports forum you do not ask for help in the bug reports forum.
JM delivers your website in a form that suits a mobile. It knows what to deliver in one of two ways. It reads the http header for the client device and automatically chooses the appropriate template or you create a sub domain of your site and tell JM to use that. To connect you put the web address into your mobiles browser as normal JM will work out its a mobile device and deliver the appropriate content. To learn to configure it please read the DOCS all of them, install a mobile emulator and practise.
