Has anyone run into issues with embedded video players not rendering on Android devices? I have video embed code set up to display inside a module that is only assigned to my custom mobile video page. The video player won't display on the Droid, but works fine on the iPhone.

I'd really appreciate any feedback or suggestions. I'm able to link off to the externally-hosted video player, but the preference would be to embed the player. Android is able to render similar embedded players in the Standard site template, so there must be something with the Mobile template that is causing the issues.

Video works fine here. Android 2.2 + Flash player.

Have you tried latest Mobile Joomla! and Youtube extension?

Seems to be working now, I got a modified embed code from the video hosting service and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks for the feedback

I am new to android and trying to find some help with rendering videos. I was looking at the option of displaying an html page with embedded video. Are there any other options? Are you able to assist or provide a small example of what you did by any chance?

Usually embedded YouTube video works if "Remove unsupported tags" option is disabled in MJ settings.
