Hi,
I have joomla mobile new installed config, and followed all the instructions.
never the less, when I test it for mobile the template of my site is showing and NOT the mobile.
do I miss something?

iPhone version works, but doesn't fit into screen width. What component do you use on main page?

Few components only may work in mobile mode without changes. Most of them require to make special mobile-compatible "views" and put them into used template (e.g. MJ contains special views for com_content in html/com_content subfolder of each of mobile templates).

It's not easy. You should be good html coder to do it, because it may require to change table-based code to div-based one, make design fluid, adjust styles, etc.
