Quite unusual problem. Do you have any related error in error_log? What the plugins of system group do you have installed?

where can I check error_log for this particular template?

The place of error_log is depended on server settings, contact your hoster or admin of server.

Checked error_log, nothing related to this problem. Talked to hoster, they confirmed. It cannot be error because same requests are done by all other templates. And they work fine. Only the one that's for PDA is not working.

vbarkouski, could you give me ftp access to your site to found a point where webpage becomes empty? Or, maybe do you have recent backup of your site and could send it to me?

Which part of FTP you need? How it will help you resolve the issue?
