I"m running Joomla 1.5.23 and the current version of Mobile Joomla.  After installing Mobile Joomla my template manager in Joomla has gone a little crazy.  My site has 2 templates assigned for normal browsing, the default and a template for a specific section of the site.  After Mobile Joomla was installed those templates (which still work to the menus they are assigned to) have disappeared from my template manager and I am Unable to install new templates.

The mobile joomla and a couple of old templates I don't use are showing just fine but the templates I need to assign to menus I can't access.  Is this something you've encountered before?
