I've got an iphone and as such i can see that I've edited the iphone template properly so that instead of the text displaying my sitename on the toolbar it now shows my logo. Since i don't have the other types of mobile browsers I've no way to know where to edit in the code to do the same for them.

For the iphone template, i replaced line 44 to have html on it to display an img url rather than using php to bring up the text of the site name. Can someone tell me (preferably official Mobile Joomla people) where in the code of the 3 other templates I'd need to put the code to display an image instead of the sitename in text?
