I realize that this forum is the main outlet for getting help with the MobileJoomla extensions but even here in the "General" section, all I see are people having problems. This is broke, that doesn't work, a certain phone has a blank screen.

If you had to do it again, would you come back to MobileJoomla or would you seek out an alternate solution? Is anyone pleased with what is being offered here? I see good reviews on the extensons.joomla site.

Let's see some of that spread around here! I would love it if this turned out to be a great product. Tell me about it!

The most of problems people usually have is with their hosting. Low end PHP shared hosting plans do not necessary have required capabilities (mysqli, memory, database size). We are currently working to improve the installation experience and provide user feedback to change or upgrade their hosting plan to compatible one.

We are also working to get some extension community build around Mobilejoomla! so that people could mobilize their favorite Joomla! plug-ins, so that more content could be dropped into mobile easily.

I just started using MJ just a few weeks ago.. i think 3weeks ago to be exact. Its a wonderful component, works out of the box. There's very little to complain about... Why is it free.. its too good to be true..

I would suggest a donate icon somewhere... I feel guilty just using this for free..

I agree- this component is an important tool in my arsenal, and I would like to donate to help assure longevity of this project.
