TOPIC: Links Wont Work

This is probally a stupid question with an easy answer but once the site is completly loaded all my links stop working and also some of my links on the home menu are greyed out and wont work.

any help would be greatly apprecitive 

also if you click on the links while the site is loading they work its only after the site is completly loaded it stops

A part of your links in mainmenu are "separators" that is it's not a actual menu items. On the desktop site subitems of separators are displayed on hover. But on mobiles there is no hover event, that's why MJ doesn't support such a behavior.
