I recently installed mobile joomla and was testing it out on a customer's site and when I try accessing it from a mobile device or emulator i get the following in the url box: wap.thepopefirm.com/www.thepopefirm.com/charles-parks-pope.htm

the website is www.thepopefirm.com for the desktop. i setup the subdomains correctly. when i access the mobile version, there is a 404 for the frontpage article and i can click on the menu that i created for the mobile site, but it always adds the www.thepopefirm.com into the link.

1. What Joomla version do you use?
2. Do you use 3rd party SEF extension?

i got it working by removing the live site in configuration.php. but i think that this should be fixed in the component.

Cannot reproduce it on my server.
