Hi, just downloaded mobilejoomla and it looks great. 

My menu links are working correctly except for the link to my forum.

it links to /index.php?Itemid=9&option=

How can I change this to 

/forum.html   (which works fine when I manually type it in)

Seems to be a conflict with 3rd party sef extension. Do you use it (if yes, which)?
