Meanwhile the installation run without Problems I cant see any mobile template:
Neither my win-mobile-Browser nor the Iphonetester.com dont show any of your mobile templates at all. I have directed all to our startside. But without any change at all. If I chose the startside in the mobile_iphone template the iphonetester just says "Incorrect usage of Mobile Joomla." otherwise I see nothing but the regular Version, which I have seen before.
I have chosen for all Types our startside, since that seemd to me a nice trial if it works .
Does anyone have an Idea what is missing?
I have now tried to assign the templates to the startsite which has had two consequences. When I assign for instance the mobile_iphone theme to the startsite, the other mobile themes were immediatly unassigned at all and the iphonetester reacts as I told above with showing nothing but "Incorrect usage of Mobile Joomla." and this is the same win-mobile says. So for me at least the "10 minutes for Installation" turned in hours of useless trials without any result at all but "Incorrect usage of Mobile Joomla."
BTW this is all what I see when I go to the Previewfunction of each "*_mobile" template.
So obviously the templates dont run here at all.
(The Provider is an academic institiution GKSS with pretty good hard and software.)

It's a pitty, but for me it does'nt work at all neither in 5-10 minutes nor in hours of testings.
If there would have been any hint how to do ...perhaps, but the docs on this site are for another older version than you can download and the videotut of rod'site show a happy rod, but since I dont work with subdomains and simply "just unchecked" this option I didn't get anything else but "Incorrect usage of Joomlamobile" this tut was absolutly worthless for me.
Really a pitty, since the component looks pretty cool and promised to do absolutly the thing I was looking for. But without any hint or help I will no longer vainly try to make this working.

Edit: meanwhile I have left the component installed on the "/home-test" site you will see there nothing but the regulary windows template. but perhaps it might at least help JM to think about what might be wrong with this installation/component or whatsoever.

The simplest way to test MobileJoomla is to use Firefox with "User Agent Switcher" plugin (Google allows to found UserAgent for any mobile device).
Another way to test is to use "Mobile - Always" plugin that allows you to fix mobile mode that you need to check.

It it installed now? Is MobileJoomlaBot plugin published?

I really cant explain at all, but now after I uninstalled and reinstalled it at least the third time it works.
So far pretty cool.
I wish I would be able to bring our Joomla-Event_list Component/modul in the mobile-version that would be georgous. I tried to assign 4 copies of the modul each to the middle-position of another mobile-template, but right now I just have the startpage content available in the mobile-version.
