I am looking to create a template override for my Agora Forum component. But... I'm not sure I really understand template overrides.

I noticed in the file structure that within a given template... say, mobile_pda, under the "html" folder there is a "com_content" folder. Am I correct in assuming that the files in here override the default "com_content" folder?

If so, would putting a "com_agora" folder in that same directory, with the "mobile" Agora template located accordingly be sufficient to override? Or... would I have to also have to find the agora file which "selects" templates and have it force select the mobile one?

Each file in [template]/html/[component]/[view]/ directory overrides corresponding file from components/[component]/views/[view]/tmpl/ directory.

The problem is that Agora doesn't use Joomla's MVC, and cannot be "override" in such a way.

hmm... that's a bummer. Are there other options, then? (this would be outside of mobilejoomla, of course)... such as a way to force agora to use a particular template when joomla is using a particular template, such as mobile_pda?
