I installed and things work up. But only the main menu is shown in the mobile version. All other modules and menus are not visible in the mobile format.

That should help with the menus. If you do need multiple menus on a page then let me know and I'll explain how to do that.
Which modules are you missing? You may have to duplicate them and put each copy on a piece of a mobile template. Again let me know and I'll explain further if you tell me the names of the modules. If you post your site then I'll have a better idea of what I'm aiming for.
