I have a dropdown select list that Mobile Joomla seems to be stripping out. The dropdown works just fine when I look at the site without the mobile templates. How can I include a simple select list in the mobile version?

You have two dropdowns: one in user2 position and other in right position. At the same time mobile templates by default have mj_*** positions only. So, you should either to use this positions in mobile template (you can select positions names in MJ settings), or make a copy of your module and publish it in one of mobile positions.
