Hi there,

I just wanted to let you know that you guys have created a wonderful application for Joomla!
I was wondering if it is possible to create a mobile version of just one page (or two pages) of an existing website so that only this page/pages will show up using the mobile joomla template and the rest of the site would appear without?

Thanks very much in advance,
Victoria

There is no such a feature in MJ (but it's possible to make a plugin that will disables mobile mode depending on URL).
PS. The aim of MJ is to make full website be accessible by mobile devices.

Thanks dryabov.

For some reason, our menu nav doesn't show on all pages, even though we've enabled it to show on all pages on the mj_pda_header position.

besa-sandbox.rackforce-1.iticanada.ca/index.php?option=com_surveyforce&Itemid=29

Also, for some reason, our home page won't display the content when using android or iPhone: besa-sandbox.rackforce-1.iticanada.ca/

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

a friendly bump.....haven't figured out why the main menu isn't showing up.....

The home page displays the menu at the top, but doesn't show the homepage content.
The other pages do not show the main menu for some reason, even though I have the mobile menu module set to display on the mobile template position on "all" pages.

Thanks!

Hi,
To fix the home page content, check that "component on home page" is set to yes.
Joomla backend
Components > Mobile Joomla >settings
Smartphone tab and iphone tab
Component on home page (set it to ) yes

Thanks for the quick reply, Barnabas.
The menus only show on the homepage (mobile version) for some reason and not on any of the other pages.
Yes, the "component on home page" had already been set to yes by default, but the content won't show for some reason. It works on a PC.

to get the menus on all the pages ... Extensions > Module Manager > Mobile Menu
Under Basic Options  change the Type to be "Current Level with Submenu"
Save & Close.

Eviltwin,
Thank you so much! Would you have any idea what might be the issue with the main home page "Welcome" not showing on the mobile? The normal "web" version uses javascript and I'm wondering if there may be a javascript conflict there.

thanks again, I was losing hope for a while there, but it seems like it may work.
