The break option works: great job. Like you said, it aint the nicest sollution, but it seems to be the only one that works.
There are lots of Joomla template who have a horizontal menu, so a final / better sollution for it would be great and appreciated by many other people I think. Please keep me posted about new functions. I'm looking forward to them.
