Have tried on Iphone and windows phone

PHP version 5.3, MySQL version 5.2, operating system unix/linux and its version - not sure off top of head

There are no error messages just displays the main menu except the menu I am using and want to display is named Top and I have directed within all of the mobile versions to go to Home under the Top menu and It just doesn't want to work. I am at a total loss. I tried to copy the menu and name it mobile_menu but I can't seem to figure out how to do that either, I am either tired as heck or just eating too many lead paint chips, probably both, either way some enlightenment would be effin amazing. It is currently in development and was in maintenance mode, but I will undo that for a short amount of time to see if anyone can see what i mean.
