Can you assist with using Mobile Joomla with JMS Multisites? I am using Joomla V1.7.1, Mobile Joomla V1.0 RC5, and Multisites V1.2.70. I am able to install Mobile Joomla in the Master site, then into the child sites. The problem I have is that the Mobile Joomla settings are the same for all child sites. If I change one, they all change. Please help.

Thank you.

I am having the exact same problem. I have installed Mobile Joomla onto the master site, and it works great. Once I install it on a child site, the configuration changes on all of the sites when you change something on just one site. Does not matter what setting within Mobile Joomla I change. If I change something on a child site, it does change the parent site. I have also looked for help on the Multisite forums but they are not much help at all.

Have you installed Mobile Joomla on each and every child site separately as it may also be due to single Joomla install for all child sites!

Yes. I had to install on each child site because the templates were not available to discover from the master. We still found that all of the settings are shared between child sites. From what I read, this is because the settings are stored in a file under the master instead of in the individual child site databases.

I have now tried a couple of other mobile solutions and am still having problems with them using Multisites. I really like Mobile Joomla and hope we can find a solution so that I can continue to use it. Does anybody on here have any experience with Multisites at all?
