Hi there, my problem is i have a joomla site, but can't upload extensions i don't understand why? or if i'm just doing something wrong! my site uses version 1.5 i come to this site find the extension download it , go into my admin panel click extensions install, look for file load up but nothing happens or it comes back with error!
i don't understand the art of unzipping and extracting think this is what is confusing me the most as i am obviously doing it wrong!
please can someone give me a dummy proof step by step guide on how to do this and what the process entails cheers si kendrick
