mobilejoomla.xml says that currently installed version is 0.9.8.

Upgrading keeps all your settings. But all MobileJoomla files (except config) will be overwritten, so be careful if you changed them.

Finally got it to work after uninstalling it and installing 0.9.8. Another problem, how do i get mobile joomla to display google adsense?
