How can I set up a sub domain that only I have access to for testing reasons. On a desktop it is no problem. On a itouch/iphone when I go to the homepage it automatically redirects to my subdomain.

I basically just want to be able to experiment with the mobile joomla using my current live site. We have lots of visitors daily and I just want them to see a desktop version while I am fooling around with the mobile styles. on the desktop PC I simply type in my subdomain but when I go to my itouch/iphone the main url redirects me to the subdomain which is a mobile version.
