I know this is probably the wrong place to place this, but the site doesn't have a place that I could find related to login problems. I tried to login with my account name and couldn't. I used the lost password option to try to reset my password but since I never activated the account there was no way to do it. I had the login name, I have the email address I used when registering it - wasn't allowed to do anything with it.

So, I had to create an entirely new personality using a different login name and password - why not allow me to somehow reset the one associated with the email address I want to use here?
