Hi guys,

Could you check your max upload file size? You can get it with phpinfo (); and then look for a "upload_max_filesize". Let me know what you have set there.

You can upload the extracted package to a temporary directory and then give path to this directory in "Install from Directory". Remember that you must give absolute path.
