Sorry for the late reply.
Since you already bought the basic version of our product, have you tried to disable or to completely remove the plugin called "Ad Remover"? Most issues are being resolved just by having a "complete refresh" of your web browser. I suggest that you do a "clear cache" first specifically if you applied anything new to your website.
