Did you check and follow our installation guide (specially for Directory write access)? www.mobilejoomla.com/documentation/12-getting-started/40-installation.html

Installation works well. I also checked the installation package, those files doesn't exist.

1.) Error after the installation.
2.) Directory Permissions of Joomla - Its located under Systems ->  System Information -> Directory Permission
