i 'upgraded' and did a complete reinstall after uninstalling with .9.9.10 and all I receive is a white screen on my iphone. Double-checked all settings - everything appears fine. Uninstalled .9.9.10 and reinstalled .9.9.9 and everything is working fine again. Not sure where the problem is - but there is definitely a problem. Any ideas? I'd really like to have the iPad support on our site. - Ted

I'll have to reinstall 9.9.10 - give me a few minutes - then it will be: www.illinoissenatedemocrats.com

The server responses with "500 Internal Server Error". Do you have access to error_log to check for actual error message?

ok - 0.9.10 is reinstalled - menu pointed correctly. Just checked and still have white screen. Let me know what you see.

I just scanned through the log and didn't see any direct reference to a 500 error. The 'regular' site is working fine - and I get no error on my iphone, just a blank white screen. In fact, even the site title is just 'untitled'. Like it's not reading the template at all. I haven't made any changes to the default settings (which worked in 0.9.9) except to point to the correct menu in the iphone header. If you can give me some further guidance, I have access to our server, but I didn't even see where the system was serving the new pages at all.

You shouldn't look for number "500" (500 will be in access_log, but error_log should contain type of error and file where the error was arises).

ok - I think I've narrowed it down somewhat - it must be in the template. When I change the template from iPhone_mobile to imode_mobile it at least shows a plain text menu. When I switch back to iphone_mobile - I get the white screen.

The only error logs generated in IIS are the W3SVC logs - which show no errors. And the HTTPERR logs - which show a few 'Timer_Connection_Idle' errors on the date in question - but nothing specific about the files or the exact problems. If there is another log I need to be checking - these are the only ones I'm aware of. I went into EventViewer as well, but those are all system errors and don't appear to apply to IIS.

Just viewed the site with Firefox and user agent switcher. Looks like a normal iphone menu page.

(not sure how to attach file to this post so I can show you what it looks like.)
