Not sure if this is a template "issue" of something that need to be integrated into the module capabilities. I currently have three menus active within my site (www.iscubaforum.com). I need all of those menus to display through the MobileJoomla module/template. I really don't want to collapse the menus into a single menu.

Is this something that can be implemented with a template mod, or does it require updates to the extension? Any advice/direction anyone can provide is greatly appreciated.

You can have more menus by copying (or duplicating) the mod_mj_iphone_menu (for instance) and assigning a different menu to it. Just go to Module Manager, select the module and click copy.
